Job Description

SHAM INSTITUTE is looking for an experienced and proactive Placement Manager to manage student placement activities and develop robust relationships with companies and employers.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.

· Identify and generate suitable job and internship opportunities for students.

· Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement activities.

· Guide students in interview preparation and the placement process.

· Maintain placement records, employer databases, and reports.

· Coordinate with students, employers, and the academic team.

· Support the institute in achieving its placement objectives.

Qualifications & Experience





· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.

· Candidates with experience in Placements, Recruitment, HR, Corporate Relations, Business Development, Training & Placement, or related fields are preferred.

· Strong communication, networking, coordination, and relationship-management skills.

· Experience in an educational institution or recruitment workplace will be an added advantage.

Salary

Salary will be as per SHAM INSTITUTE norms and based on the candidate’s qualification and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
