Role Summary

We are looking for a self-driven and energetic Retail Dentist who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic retail healthcare workplace.

The role involves clinical consultations, minor dental procedures, aligner-related responsibilities, patient handling, and store-level operations.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
Perform dental scans and teeth alignment consultations.
Provide complete solutions related to aligners, oral hygiene products, and teeth whitening.
Perform minor dental procedures such as scaling, fillings, OPG, etc.
Assist orthodontists in aligner procedures.
Learn and execute aligner delivery procedures.




Handle emergency individual appointments when required.
Store & Patient Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Ensure achievement of business objectives at the store level.
Handle patient queries, cases, and escalations confidently.
Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
Support the team in achieving store-level clinical and business objectives.
Candidate Profile
Self-driven and comfortable working in a quick-paced and dynamic environment.
Quick learner with robust grasping ability.
Energetic, confident, and capable of handling patient cases and escalations.
Strong communication and consultation skills.
Customer-focused with a sales-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Working Details

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: Rotational – No weekend off; week off can be taken on any weekday except Saturday & Sunday

Work Location: In-person at assigned Toothsi Centre

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
