We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate to help us grow our client base and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, confidence in speaking with potential clients, and a solid willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, messages, email, and other channels.
Generate and qualify leads for the company.
Understand client requirements and explain our services effectively.
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare quotations/proposals and coordinate with the internal team.
Maintain lead and client information and regularly update follow-ups.
Achieve assigned lead-generation and business-development targets.
Stay updated about competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Business development: 1 year (Required)
