Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Monitor daily sales activities, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Ensure proper lead management and timely follow-up with customers.
Monitor telesales and field sales activities and improve conversion rates.
Handle key customers and high-value sales opportunities personally.
Develop recent business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, partnerships, and networking.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Production, Design, and Management teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Track sales pipeline and prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.
Identify sales challenges and implement corrective actions quickly.
Ensure the team follows proper sales processes, call structures, CRM procedures, and customer communication standards.
Analyze competitors, market trends, customer requirements, and new business opportunities.
Support the management in achieving overall company growth objectives.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
