Job description:

Role Overview:

This role focuses on managing client communication, handling inbound and outbound leads, and supporting business growth through effective follow-ups, proposals, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
Follow up with enquiries and convert them into business prospects
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and converted calls
Ensure timely and qualified communication with clients
Support in creating proposals and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
2–3 years of experience in a similar role
Exposure to social media and AI tools is an added advantage

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹22,000 + Perks

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
