Job Responsibilities
Install and configure broadband connections, routers, modems, and related telecom equipment at customer premises.
Perform recent broadband installations as per company standards and technical requirements.
Visit customer locations to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and installation-related issues.
Check cables, connectors, devices, and network equipment for proper functioning.
Ensure timely completion of installation and service requests.
Coordinate with the technical and customer service teams to resolve field-level issues.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during installation and maintenance activities.

Requirements
Qualification: 10/ ITI / Diploma / Plus Two / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.




Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
