We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare BOQs, monitor budgets, process billing, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Review drawings and monitor project costs and budgets.
Prepare client and subcontractor bills.
Evaluate variations, claims, and rate analysis.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams.
Conduct site measurements and verify work completed.
Maintain cost reports and project documentation.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
5–7 years of quantity surveying experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of estimation, billing, BOQs, and contract administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
