Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
Interpret and execute work based on architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams.
Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, tiling and other civil works.
Check dimensions, levels, alignment and workmanship at various stages of construction.
Verify contractor bills and measurements against actual site execution.
Plan daily and weekly activities and ensure timely completion of project milestones.




Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
Coordinate material procurement and ensure materials are available as per the project schedule.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the design team for timely resolution.
Conduct regular quality checks and rectify defects or deviations.
Maintain site documentation, measurements, checklists and progress records.
Coordinate with interior execution teams where civil and interior works overlap.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
