Responsibilities:
Operate laser welding machine for lithium battery pack assembly.
Weld battery terminals, busbars, nickel/copper/aluminium parts.
Set and adjust welding parameters.
Check weld quality and identify defects.
Maintain machine, fixtures and welding area.
Follow production, quality and safety SOPs.
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma or relevant technical experience.
1–3 years’ experience in laser welding preferred.
Experience in lithium battery / EV / ESS manufacturing preferred.
Basic knowledge of battery cells, welding quality and machine troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹11,458.35 - ₹20,401.69 per month
Work Location: In person
