Recruitment Specialist

Location: Hyderabad – Head Office

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle Sales Hiring, with preference for candidates who have hired for the Healthcare Industry.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Drive offers, follow-ups, and candidate closures through Day 1 joining.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
Work closely with business teams to understand hiring requirements.
Take ownership of hiring targets, TAT, and closures.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Experience in Sales Hiring preferred; healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.
Robust sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Strong ownership and result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
