Technical Support Engineer – Fresher
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc./Diploma – IT, CSE or related field
Job Description:
Provide L1 technical support to users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, and basic network issues.
Install and configure software and systems.
Handle user login, email, and connectivity issues.
Maintain support tickets and documentation.
Escalate complex technical issues when required.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, and networking.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication skills.
Willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
