Job Description
Review and audit BIM models, drawings, and project deliverables for accuracy and quality.
Check models for compliance with project standards, BIM guidelines, LOD requirements, and client specifications.
Identify and report modeling errors, inconsistencies, clashes, and coordination issues.
Perform quality checks on architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models.
Review CD sets, 2D drawings, and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with BIM Modelers, Engineers, and Architects to resolve identified issues.
Maintain QA checklists, review reports, and project quality documentation.
Ensure deliverables meet required standards before final submission to the client.
Support continuous improvement of BIM quality-control processes and standards.





Requirements
1–3 years of experience in BIM Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
Positive knowledge of BIM workflows.
Understanding of architectural, structural, and/or MEP disciplines.
Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, clash detection, and model coordination.
Ability to identify modeling and documentation errors with robust attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
