Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural / Structural Draftsman to join our architectural firm in Tripunithura.

You will turn preliminary design concepts and rough sketches into precise, working technical drawings and blueprints for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Drawing: Create transparent 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.

Design Coordination: Update drawings based on feedback from senior architects, structural engineers, and site changes.

Site Support: Visit local project sites around Tripunithura and Kochi to take measurements and verify on-site dimensions.

Standard Maintenance: Organize digital drawing files and maintain strict office layering and drafting standards.

Collaboration:



Coordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure accurate layouts and timely delivery.Requirements

Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on drafting experience in an architectural or civil construction office.Education: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering / Architectural Assistantship (or a degree in Architecture).

Software Skills: Robust proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowing SketchUp or 3Ds Max is a plus.

Core Skills: Good eye for detail, basic knowledge of local building standards, and solid communication skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
