About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, GST, taxation, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP, Excel, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records accurately.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
Prepare bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense reports, and financial statements.
Monitor receivables, payables, outstanding payments, and collections.
Manage invoices, debit/credit notes, purchase and sales documentation.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and other financial consultants.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance.
Monitor cash flow and support management with financial information.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies.

Requirements




2–5 years of experience in Accounting / Finance.
Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Experience in bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliation.
Good knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.

Preferred Skills
Experience in apparel, textile, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce.
Knowledge of inventory accounting and product costing.
Experience with MIS and financial reporting.
Knowledge of statutory audits and compliance.
Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic financial analysis.
Experience coordinating with CA and external auditors.
