Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to generate quality leads and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Develop strategies for lead generation and brand growth
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI
Analyze data, prepare reports, and improve campaign results
Manage audience targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing
Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and updates

Requirements:
Experience in Meta Ads
Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, campaign setup & optimization
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in lead generation campaigns preferred

Experience: 2+ Year Preferred
Location: Sector-74A Gurgaon
Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
