Job Overview:
We are hiring a Telecalling Executive with 1+ years of experience to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and customer enquiries. The candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide information.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the Sales and internal teams.
Achieve assigned calling and lead conversion targets.

Eligibility
1+ years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Languages: Tamil & English.
Any Graduate.

Salary & Perks
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
PF + ESI .
