Housekeeping Manager – The Quorum Hotel

Department: Housekeeping
Reports To: General Manager / Operations Head

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily housekeeping operations for all guest rooms and public areas.
Ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected and released on time.
Supervise housekeeping staff, duty rosters, attendance and productivity.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
Manage linen, uniforms, amenities, chemicals and housekeeping inventory.
Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, Laundry and F&B.;
Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness and room readiness.
Implement SOPs, checklists and room inspection standards.
Monitor housekeeping costs, wastage and productivity.




Ensure housekeeping operations are properly updated in the hotel PMS/system.

Requirements
5+ years of hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in a 4-star/5-star property.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Positive knowledge of housekeeping SOPs, linen and inventory management.
PMS/Hotel software knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
