Restaurant captains should be well-groomed, physically fit and customer-centric with excellent communication, observational and team management skills. They should also be able to remain calm and qualified in high-pressure situations. Their duties include:
Customer service: Ensuring guest satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service
Kitchen coordination: Coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant
Guest interaction: Interacting with guests to enhance their dining experience
Menu knowledge: Being knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu and offerings, and being able to answer any questions that guests may have
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
