Job Description – Lead Generation Executive

Job Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, social media, online platforms, and referrals.
Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial solar customers.
Contact prospective customers and understand their solar requirements.
Explain basic information about solar systems, perks, pricing, and available solutions.
Maintain and regularly update the lead database/CRM.
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Qualify leads based on customer requirement, budget, location, and project size.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
Prepare regular reports on calls, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.





Required Skills
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of solar energy is preferred.
Positive Hindi and English communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification
12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in telecalling, lead generation, sales, or solar industry will be an advantage.

Number of calls made.
Qualified leads generated.
Appointments scheduled.
Lead conversion rate.
Monthly sales-qualified leads achieved.

Pay: ₹10,512.68 - ₹30,164.32 per month
