Responsibility to design and execute
Meeting with client. Give inputs on design and materials with technical details
Must have Technical knowledge and skills
Macro understanding – whole space conceptual and details
Technical, Joinery, materialistic properties knowledge
Finishing and furnishing, décor short listing.
Communication skills with client and contractors
Client must feel confident having you on site. He/she should make him assured that he will get the best solution by meeting on site or on selection process.
Also labor and contractors should be communicated properly in the language they understand. Should learn their language to make them understand properly.
Office communication – with Jr. Staff and site coordinator.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
