Store Manager – Job Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily sales, stock, and operational reports.
Manage cash handling, billing, and daily cash reconciliation.
Ensure proper display, pricing, and merchandising of products.
Monitor store expenses and control operational costs.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock receiving and dispatch.
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and staff attendance.
Implement promotional activities to increase sales.
Ensure excellent customer service and overall store performance.

Pay: ₹12,141.68 - ₹42,050.85 per month
