Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Product & Project Manager with a strong understanding of pharmacy products and the e-commerce industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing products, coordinating projects, and leading the e-commerce team to ensure smooth operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee pharmacy-related products and product categories.
Have solid knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
Lead and manage the E-commerce team effectively.
Plan, organize, and manage product-related projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams, including E-commerce, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and other departments.
Monitor product listings, pricing, product information, inventory coordination, and overall product performance.
Ensure product information and content are accurate and updated.
Assign tasks to team members and monitor daily work and project progress.
Set timelines and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.




Identify challenges and provide effective solutions to improve workflow and performance.
Work on strategies to improve product visibility, sales, and customer experience.
Prepare and share regular updates and reports with management.
Ensure effective communication and coordination among all team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of pharmacy and pharmaceutical products.
Good understanding of E-commerce platforms and operations.
Experience in Product Management and Project Management.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Positive organizational and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Products, E-commerce, Product Management, or Project Management will be preferred.
