Sales Coordinator – Logistics & Courier Services

Location: Noida, Sector 69
Working Days: 6 Days | Sunday Off
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients for logistics, courier, cargo, and delivery requirements.
Handle sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Generate leads and follow up with potential and existing clients.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.
Maintain client records, sales reports, and regular follow-ups.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Resolve basic client queries and coordinate internally for timely solutions.

Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Logistics / Courier / Cargo preferred.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Freshers with solid communication skills can also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
