Position: Maintenance Technician – Fitter
Department: Maintenance
Qualification: ITI – Fitter Trade
Experience: 2–4 Years
CTC: ₹3.0–3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC/VMC machines & other machines.
Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and basic electrical issues machines.
Maintain machine components such as spindles, ball screws, guideways, bearings, couplings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Attend issues related to coolant systems, lubrication systems, chip conveyors, tool changers and ATC.
Perform machine alignment, leveling, fitting, assembly and dismantling activities.
Check and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication circuits.
Identify abnormal noise,



vibration, overheating, leakage and machine accuracy issues.
Support machine installation, commissioning, shifting and relocation activities.
Coordinate with production/operators during machine breakdowns and restore machines quickly.
Maintain PM checklists, breakdown reports and maintenance records.
Ensure availability and proper use of maintenance tools and critical spares.
