Handle all activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including product listing, bid/tender submission, documentation, and compliance.
Identify and submit IT Hardware and AMC-related tenders on GeM within deadlines.
Manage product pairing and catalog listing on the GeM portal.
Use tools such as HP IQ to configure products and generate pricing as per OEM guidelines.
Coordinate with OEMs for Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAF), technical datasheets, pricing support, and other required documentation.
Prepare technical and commercial bids, compliance sheets, and all other necessary tender documentation.
Monitor corrigendums, clarifications, and respond appropriately.
Manage post-order processes including order fulfillment, invoice submission, and contract handling on the GeM portal.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
