Job Description
Regular Follow up to generated leads
Achieving site visits target as assigned
Creating Brand awareness in Market
Maintaining accurate records
Make outbound calls to existing customers as needed
Handle inbound calls to resolve queries, provide information, and address concerns
Regular follow-up to customers for collections follow ups
Maintaining accurate records
Execute work as assigned by the reporting manager
Key-skills needed
Prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service. Early joiners preferred
Excellent verbal and listening skills; ability to adapt communication style as needed
Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and data entry
CTC
Up to Rs. 4 - 5.00 lacs per year + Incentive (based on the calibre of the candidate).
