Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts, strengthen client relationships, drive revenue and profitability, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and retain key customer accounts and build robust client relationships.
Handle RFQs, quotations, negotiations and business conversion.
Drive revenue, GP, upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
Coordinate with Operations, Transport, Warehousing, Customs and vendors for smooth service delivery.
Handle customer issues, complaints and after-sales requirements.
Monitor account performance, sales pipeline, collections and customer satisfaction.

Revenue & GP | RFQ Conversion | Account Growth | Customer Retention | Current Business | Upselling/Cross-selling | Collections | Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:
4–7+ years of experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Transportation / Supply Chain.
Proven experience in Key Account Management / B2B Sales.
Robust track record in account growth, customer retention and business development.
Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
UAE logistics market experience preferred.
Aviation/Aerospace logistics experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
