Roles and Responsibilities
Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues and perform network configuration tasks such as IP addressing and routing.
Configure Outlook email clients and manage IT hardware assets.
Perform PC assembling, installation, configuration, and hardware networking tasks.
Troubleshooting (Software, hardware, printer & application)
Network support L1 (know how of IP config, MAC binding, basic troubleshooting
Software and hardware installation, configuration, setup.
Inventory management (hardware and software)
Assist business in IT project rollouts.
AV, Security and Patch management.
Knowhow of OS installations (windows & macOS), configuration, policy deployment.
Maintain proper logs and records.
Ensure data backups and storage.
Knowledge on Access point / Firewall
Knowledge on basic network
Hardware knowledge ( Desktop/Laptop/Printer )( Desktop+ Network)
