Job Title/Designation: Branch Head

Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning.
Responsible for overall functioning of the branch.
Building strong relationships with students and parents.
Monitor and enhance the quality of academic programs.
Mange the staff across and ensuring they understand the tasks.
Develop, implement, and oversee cutting-edge marketing strategies aligned with the coaching center's objectives.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall branch efficiency.




Collaborate with the leadership team of the institution to drive strategic initiatives.
Coordinate with the top management and ensure smooth operations.
Adaptable to travel and conduct workshops, seminars, career guidance based on company's marketing strategies.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Qualification- UG/PG

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in any field.

Age limit : 28+years

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
