Job Responsibilities:
Generate LAP leads through field visits, DSA, brokers, references and other channels.
Meet customers and understand their financial and property requirements.
Explain LAP products, eligibility, interest rates and repayment terms.
Collect and verify KYC, income and property documents.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal and Valuation teams for loan processing.
Follow up from loan login to sanction and disbursement.
Maintain solid customer and channel-partner relationships.
Achieve monthly business targets and ensure timely conversions.

Salary: 4 LPA – 4.5 LPA + 2,500 TA + Incentives + PF

Locations: Hoskote, Bommanahalli, Hassan, Kolar, Tumakuru, Yelahanka, Haveri, Mahadevapura, Mysore, Hubli & Chikkaballapura.
