We are looking for a Cluster Manager to lead our Key Alliances department, responsible for fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams, building and maintaining relationships with external partners, and driving business growth through team-oriented efforts. They will be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and a problem-solver with a customer-centric approach. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, managing existing partnerships, and ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries and sectors
Foster and grow existing partnerships to drive business growth and revenue
Identify and pursue current business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations
Lead and manage a team of Key Alliances professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic partnership decisions
Develop and implement partnership strategies to achieve business objectives
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and contracts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership strategies
Monitor and report on partnership performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise and drive innovation
