STORE MANAGER FOOTWEAR STORE

Location: Budigere, Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who can lead the team, grow sales and take complete responsibility for daily store operations.

Role & Responsibilities
Achieve daily and monthly store sales targets
Lead, motivate and train the sales team
Set and track individual staff sales targets
Help the team close customers and increase bill value
Manage stock, inventory and product displays
Ensure correct billing, cash and digital payments
Maintain excellent customer service
Handle customer complaints and difficult situations
Manage staff attendance, shifts and daily routines
Ensure the store is clean, organised and ready for business
Send regular sales and stock reports to management

SALES BONUS: Additional incentive for driving high-value bills of 10,000 and above.





Preferred Candidate Profile
6+ years of retail experience preferred
Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager experience preferred
Footwear, fashion, apparel or lifestyle retail experience is a big advantage
Solid in sales and team management
Comfortable working with targets
Valuable customer handling skills
Basic computer and POS/billing knowledge
English + Hindi preferred; Kannada is an advantage
Willing to work weekends and retail shifts
