Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge to manage our OTG and Air Fryer assembly lines and ensure smooth production as per daily targets, quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Daily production planning and target achievement.
Manage OTG & Air Fryer assembly lines and ensure smooth production flow.
Allocate and manage operators/helpers as per line requirements.
Monitor manpower productivity, line balancing and cycle time.
Ensure required material is available at the production line.
Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Maintenance, PPC and Purchase for production issues.
Control rejection, rework, wastage and line stoppage.
Maintain proper 5S, safety and shop-floor discipline.
Prepare and maintain daily production reports and highlight production shortages/issues.
Take immediate corrective action to achieve daily production targets.

Key: This is a hands-on shop-floor position. The candidate will be directly responsible for production output, manpower, line performance, material readiness and daily production reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
