Job Details

SOC Level 2 Analyst
4 to 7 years of experience in Security Operations / SOC.
Hands-on experience in SOC monitoring, alert investigation and security event analysis.
Robust practical experience with CrowdStrike as an endpoint/security monitoring platform.
Ability to perform Level 2 alert triage and investigation beyond basic monitoring.
Investigate escalated alerts and determine whether activity is malicious, suspicious or a false positive.
Experience supporting incident investigation, response and escalation.
Solid understanding of common cyber threats, attack techniques and indicators of compromise.
Experience with custom detections and custom detection rules.
Ability to support detection tuning and improvement of detection coverage.




Analyze security events and available data to identify potential threats and determine impact.
Experience working with or supporting a managed SOC environment is preferred.
Ability to collaborate closely with security teams during incident investigation and remediation.
Maintain explicit documentation of investigations, findings, actions and escalations.
Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently with US-based security teams.
US working hours are required for this role.
