Provide skilled nursing care to patients at home by conducting assessments, developing care plans, delivering clinical care, supervising caregivers, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct home nursing visits and patient assessments.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate clinical records and update the CET Application.
Supervise caregivers and monitor quality of care.
Coordinate with Customer Care, Logistics, and Finance teams.
Conduct patient follow-up calls and attend operational meetings.
Train caregivers and support competency development
Submit daily activity logs, supervision reports, and required documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monthly review meetings.
Qualifications
B.Sc. Nursing or GNM
Valid Indian Nursing Council (INC) Registration
Valid Driving License
Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
