Branch Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve branch sales targets and objectives.
Lead, motivate, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
Monitor individual and team sales performance, conducting regular reviews and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure target attainment.

Collaborate with other branch departments to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
