About the Role

U. Choudhary Estate Agency is looking for a highly experienced and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team in Faridabad.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in residential, commercial, plots/land, builder floors and resale property sales, who can independently manage clients, conduct site visits, negotiate deals and convert leads into successful closures.

Candidates with robust knowledge of the Faridabad real estate market will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert company-generated leads into site visits and property sales.
Understand client requirements, budget and investment objectives and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits professionally.
Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Negotiate with buyers/sellers and assist in taking deals through to closure.
Generate business through personal networks, references, existing clients and broker/channel-partner relationships.




Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM.
Stay updated on property prices, projects, inventory and market developments in Faridabad and surrounding areas.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
Coordinate with management, developers, channel partners and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Candidate Requirements
4+ years of proven experience in real estate sales.
Robust track record of actual property sales and closures.
Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Strong knowledge of Faridabad real estate and surrounding markets preferred.
Experience in handling high-value property transactions will be an advantage.
Must be comfortable with calling, client meetings, follow-ups and frequent site visits.
Should be self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
Ability to independently manage a client from lead generation to closure.
Existing client/broker network will be an advantage.
Freshers and candidates without relevant real estate sales experience are not preferred.
