Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year in tiles and stones industry

Roles:

Attend and assist clients visiting the store/showroom and understand their requirements. Explain and present the company//'s products, designs, finishes, specifications, and applications to customers. Handle customer enquiries and generate sales prospects from showroom walk-ins. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable surface products accordingly. Prepare quotations and coordinate with clients regarding pricing, product availability, and order details. Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability, dispatch, and delivery. Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities. Build solid relationships with clients and ensure a positive showroom experience. Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline; Candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields preferred.
