We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Operations team as a Sr. Associate - New Business Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and expansion within the Operations department. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure seamless execution of new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

What does the job entail?
Develop and implement new business operations strategies to drive growth and expansion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development initiatives
Analyze financial data and market trends to identify areas of prospect and potential risks
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
Create and manage business cases, proposals,



and presentations to pitch new business opportunities
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices
Identify and mitigate risks associated with new business initiatives
