We are looking for a Cluster Manager to lead our Key Alliances department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with external partners. They will also have experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving results-oriented projects. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.

Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve departmental objectives and goals
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and develop targeted strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency




Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve departmental targets
Manage and optimize cluster performance, including financial management, resource allocation, and risk management
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within the team
Represent the department in high-level meetings and negotiations with external partners and stakeholders
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's overall strategy and goals to ensure alignment with departmental objectives
