Business Development Manager – Architect, Modular Kitchen & Project Sales

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Modular Kitchen Manufacturers, Contractors, Builders and Developers.
Generate recent business through architect and designer networks.
Conduct product presentations, sample demonstrations and regular customer meetings.
Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality and corporate projects.
Generate project enquiries and secure product specifications/approvals.
Develop business with modular kitchen and furniture companies.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, enquiry, quotation and negotiation to order closure.
Prepare and maintain a robust project and sales pipeline.
Conduct regular market visits and identify recent business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for samples, quotations, technical details and order execution.




Track project progress and ensure timely follow-up until order completion.
Develop repeat business and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain regular sales reports, customer databases and CRM/MIS.

Ideal Experience: 3–7 years in architectural products, laminates, surfaces, modular kitchens, interior products, building materials or project sales.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
