Role & responsibilities
4 - 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM applications, with robust hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Learning Management.
Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Learning implementation, along with enhancement and/or production support experience.
In-depth configuration experience across learning catalog, courses, offerings, activities, specializations, learning communities, access groups and learner self-service.
Solid hands-on knowledge of learning assignments and initiatives, eligibility and access, prerequisites, completion rules, due dates, renewals and recurring learning.
Experience configuring instructor-led, virtual instructor-led and self-paced learning, including management of learning content such as SCORM-based content.
Valuable understanding of learner records, learning history, completions, withdrawals, assignments and data corrections,
including use of HDL where applicable.
Ability to troubleshoot functional issues, perform root-cause analysis and support configuration changes, quarterly updates, regression testing and UAT.
Preferred candidate profile
Configure and support Oracle HCM Learning across learning catalog, courses, offerings, activities, specializations, assignments, access and learner records.
Participate in client requirement and design discussions, understand learning processes and translate business requirements into effective Oracle configuration.
Own functional incidents, service requests and enhancements from analysis through resolution, including troubleshooting, testing and coordination with Oracle Support when required.
