Skills Required:
Basic computer skills (File organizing, bulk renaming, documents management across folders etc)
Timely Lead follow up and document collection
Knowledge of Ms Excel macros and shortcuts, Ms Word
Positive typing speed
Familiarity with Todoist software.
Valuable interpersonal skills.
Can speak good English, Hindi, Telugu
1 year experience with Admin related job roles.

As an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, you will serve as the organizational backbone of operations. Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Task Tracking and Lead tracking: Input, organize, and update client records in Spreadsheet and task lists in Todoist software to ensure seamless team coordination.
Document Management:



Standardize digital filing systems by bulk-renaming documents and maintaining organized cloud folders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
