Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an educational or service-oriented organization.
Robust knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, administrative, and support positions.
Develop job descriptions, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate selections.
Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future requirements.

Employee Management
Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Address employee concerns and support effective workplace communication.
Promote employee engagement, discipline, and a positive work workplace.

Performance Management
Develop and monitor employee performance evaluation systems.




Coordinate performance reviews and identify training and development needs.
Support department heads in improving employee productivity and performance.

HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and organizational policies.

Training & Development
Identify training requirements and coordinate professional development programs.
Support continuous learning and skill development for employees.

HR Operations & Reporting
Prepare regular HR reports and workforce-related data for management.
Coordinate payroll-related HR inputs with the accounts/administration team.
Maintain HR databases, employee files, and other relevant documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
