Job Title: PCG Advisor – Private Client Group

About the Role

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd is hiring a PCG Advisor for the Private Client Group in Mumbai. In this role, you will manage HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices by providing customized wealth management, investment advisory, and equity broking services.

Key Responsibilities
Trading & Dealing: Execute trades on behalf of clients with strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and risk management policies.
Portfolio & Client Advisory: Acquire and service portfolios for HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices. Offer investment advisory across equities, mutual funds, PMS, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products.
Portfolio Reviews: Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide actionable advisory based on market trends and client return goals.
Cross-Selling & Revenue: Drive cross-selling of third-party wealth products to enhance client wallet share and consistently achieve revenue/activation targets.

Role Requirements
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
Mandatory Certification: NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification.
Experience:



3+ years of experience in broking, dealing, and wealth management handling HNI/UHNI clients and family offices.
Key Skills:
Hands-on experience in trade execution, order punching, derivatives, options, and cash market trading.
Robust track record in HNI client acquisition through referrals and relationship management.
Proficiency in trading platforms, advisory tools, and portfolio analytics.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
