Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:
Translate demand plans into supply and inventory plans.
Create and manage purchase plans, purchase orders, and supplier schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to support production and customer demand.
Coordinate with suppliers for order fulfillment, delivery adherence, and issue resolution.
Track vendor performance, overdue orders, and inventory quality reports.
Manage material master data, BOMs, and supply planning parameters in SAP.
Support NPI activities, inventory optimization, stock redistribution, and warehouse planning.
Analyze supply chain KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve fill rate and inventory performance.
Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply chain processes.





Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
3+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.
Solid experience with SAP MM/MRP and Material Master Data management.
Positive understanding of BOM management, inventory planning, and supplier coordination.
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and reporting.
Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry preferred.
Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.
Solid communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
