Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented fresh graduates to join our US Recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to build a career in US Staffing and Recruitment. You will receive training and work closely with experienced professionals to source, screen, and recruit top talent for our US clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




Learn and stay updated with recruitment trends and industry best practices.

Requirements
Education: B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering) only.
Experience: Freshers only (No prior experience required).
Graduation Year: 2025 or 2026 only.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in the US shift.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and eagerness to learn recruitment tools.
