Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance to ensure products meet defined quality and compliance standards.
Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation.
Monitor daily processes and documentation to maintain product quality.
Ensure product release complies with defined criteria.
Manage internal and external audits effectively.
Provide training and mentorship to personnel involved in the Quality Management System (QMS).
Conduct validation activities and review validation documents for compliance.
Handle customer feedback and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee all areas that directly or indirectly impact product quality.
Ensure proper maintenance of machines and quality of consumables.
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
Plan production in the absence of the Production Manager and manage related activities.
Approve products and related artwork.




Implement and maintain ISO and other applicable quality standards.
Conduct QMS gap analysis and address identified deficiencies.
Report quality-related concerns to the Managing Director.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
ITI in Electrical or B. Pharmacy.
1 year of experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.
1 year of total work experience is preferred.
Robust understanding of quality standards, compliance, documentation, and QMS processes.
Diligent, proactive, and committed to maintaining product quality and compliance.

Job Details:
Job Type: Full time, Permanent.
Shift: Day Shift.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Work Location: In-person.
