We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and generating leads/sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products clearly to customers
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns
Follow up with leads and maintain call records
Update customer information in CRM/system accurately
Maintain a polite and skilled tone during calls
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English
Confident and pleasant phone manner
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any degree
Freshers welcome; prior telecalling/BPO experience preferred
Training provided
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹135,000.00 per year
