Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Windows Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise Windows server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, patch management, and troubleshooting within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Windows Server settings (2016/2019/2022).
Manage and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user access management.
Perform server provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal uptime.
Implement and manage Windows patching, security updates, and vulnerability remediation.
Troubleshoot server, OS,



and application-related issues and provide root cause analysis.
Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Configure and support backup and recovery solutions.
Collaborate with network, security, storage, and application teams for infrastructure support.
Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and incident records.
Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.

Required Skills
Robust experience in Windows Server Administration.
Hands-on expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Knowledge of VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V.
Experience in patch management and system hardening.
Understanding of ITIL processes, incident, change, and problem
